Signing Up
If you’re interested, contact us and we’ll be happy to show you around the space, answer any questions you might have, and tell you what we have available. Once you decide on a desk or office we’ll have you sign a lease and write a check for the deposit + first month’s rent.
Prices
- Office: $450/month. $450 security deposit
- Work Desk: $175/month. $175 security deposit
- Dropin: $75/month. (with key and after hours access)
- Daily Rate: Up to you donation, what you can afford!
Payments
TechSpace Bend operates on a prepay model. Pay for one or more months at a time or choose to be billed monthly. Rent is due at the beginning of each month, and can be paid by check.
